Counselling and psychotherapy can give us an experience of being listened to and heard by someone who will support us to develop our own understanding and solutions. My counselling and psychotherapy practice is in Bethnal Green, near Hackney, East London and Saturday appointments are available.
Sometimes we feel unhappy with ourselves and aspects of our behaviour we do not understand. Speaking with a therapist in a confidential setting can enable us to move towards understanding and self-acceptance, and give us an awareness of the full range of choices open to us.
Counselling and psychotherapy can help in a crisis or to increase our ability to live in a more satisfying and resourceful way.
